1 ½ oz. Pineapple Juice
½ oz. Coco Lopez
½ oz. Blood Orange Juice
1 Pineapple, Orange Rind, Hibiscus Petals (Garnish)

  1. Pour Coco Lopez into a coupe glass with ice.
  2. Add pineapple juice.
  3. Gently add blood orange juice.
  4. Float AKAL Chai Rum Reserve on top.
  5. Garnish with a slice of pineapple OR a mini pineapple and an ice ring (instead of ice cubes) made in a ring mold containing orange rind and hibiscus petals!
