  1. Shake with ice and strain to remove ice.
  2. Add to shaker and dry shake until frothy.
  3. Strain into frozen glass.
  4. Spritz with absinthe.

To make the Matcha Syrup: Combine 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, and 2 spoonfuls of matcha in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool, then pour into a glass container and seal tightly
