Sombra Reposé is a first-of-its-kind reposado made with Sombra’s award-winning Espadin mezcal aged in Bordeaux Wine Barrels from the renowned Chateau Leoville Poyferre in France. This process produces a refined spirit with a delightful rose-colored hue, hence the name Reposé (French for rested, similar to the Spanish reposado).
Sombra is one of the few mezcal brands that owns & operates its own palenque – ensuring consistency and quality in every bottle. Additionally, Sombra is a leader in sustainability. Sombra employs eco-friendly and sustainable production methods including fair-trade agave sourcing, solar panels, a mechanical tahona (no donkeys), rainwater collection, sustainably sourced firewood and the Sombra Adobe Brick Project.

Ingredients| 1 oz | Sombra Repos Mezcal |
| 1 oz | Lillet Ros |
| 1 oz | Aperol Italian aperitif |
| Garnish | Orange Peel |
| 01 | Mix all ingredients into mixing glass, stir with ice and strain into rocks glass with ice. |
| 02 | Garnish with an orange peel (Express over glass before inserting) |
