Faire La Fête Brut Rosé Crémant de Limoux is a blend of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and 15% Pinot Noir. The grapes are hand-picked from vineyards surrounding the 42 villages of Limoux. Whole-cluster pressing is utilized to preserve the fresh acidity and fruit flavors of the grapes, and precise blending of the Pinot Noir with Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc achieves the light coral color of our Rose blend. With aromas of white cherry and wild strawberries, the wine has fresh citrus acidity balanced by minerality and a brioche and shortcake finish. Made in the traditional way, the blend spends 15-18 months aging on the lees before being disgorged, giving the final wine a prominent yet delicate mousse.
Faire La Fête means to "throw a party" and we believe any reason is a good reason to celebrate. This French sparkler is made in the traditional way in Limoux, the birthplace of sparkling wine. Faire La Fête is the original champagne with all the quality but 1/3 the price of expensive French Champagne and less sugar than a typical Prosecco. Très Joy! Our Brut Rosé is best enjoyed chilled in a coupe glass. We recommend opening a bottle for any reason or no reason at all. Santé!
VARIETAL: Brut Rosé.
APPELLATIONS: Crémant de Limoux, France.
AWARDS: 92 points, Tasting Panel.
Includes: 3 (750 mL) Bottles of Faire La Fete® Brut Rosé.
