Scent and Flavor

NOSE
This high-rye bourbon maintains a warm herbal nose that’s dominated by cinnamon, bold caramel, and traces of dill.

PALATE
A toasty pleasant white pepper starts the taste that is soon followed up with clove and cinnamon before a sweet vanilla finish.

FLAVOR
The combination of vanilla, caramel, white pepper, and ginger create a well balanced bourbon.

MAKE
Due to the hot and humid climate of southern Louisiana, this whiskey is uncharacteristically complex for it’s age.
NOTES
Heavy caramel, vanilla, cocoa, roasted nuts, rye spice.
