INGREDIENTS:

2 oz. No.3 London Dry Gin

5 oz. Tonic Water

1 Pink Grapefruit

1 Sprig of Rosemary

Ice


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Grab a bottle of No.3 Gin and measure out 2 oz. into a jug or a jigger (a spirit measure).
  2. Pour your gin into a highball glass filled with ice. Measure out 5 oz. of tonic water and pour into the same glass. Gently stir to combine.
  3. Garnish with a pink grapefruit slice and a sprig of rosemary.
