1 oz. Honey Syrup
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Lemon Peel or Lemon Wheel (Garnish)

Recipe

  1. Fill cocktail shaker half full with ice.
  2. Measure bourbon and pour into shaker.
  3. Measure honey syrup and pour into shaker.
  4. Place lid on shaker and shake vigorously 20 times.
  5. Fill rocks glass with ice and strain cocktail over ice.
  6. Garnish with lemon peel or wheel.
  7. HOW TO MAKE HONEY SYRUP Ingredients: 1/2 cup honey (adjust to taste) and 1/2 cup water. Steps: Add ingredients into a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until honey is dissolved. Allow to cool and transfer to an airtight container. Syrup will keep, refrigerated, for up to 1 month.
