The Wachira Cabernet Sauvignon is just as surprisingly light and smooth on the palate. With an elegant fruity nature and integrated tannins, our Cabernet presents with aromas of black raspberry crumble, vanilla and cocoa.

California Wine with a Kenyan Accent, this is Dr. Christine Wachira's wine making style. Simply crafting wines true to her palate and that can pair with her grandmothers and mothers cuisines. Kenyan cuisine tends not to have much black or red pepper or heat from spices. It is flavorful yet balanced to allow the natural flavors of the meats and vegatables be prominently expressed.
