Tasting NotesThis dry red wine exhibits soft fruit aromas of cherry, plums, and pomegranate, as well as spicier notes of cedar, chocolate, cardamom, and curry. Subtle oak perfumes imparted by its 6 months of maturation in oak barrels round out the nose. Full-bodied yet elegant, the wine provides a dry and citrusy mouthfeel with flavors of red fruits, spices, and dark chocolate.
PairingWith fruit-forwardness and a long pepper finish, this 100% Limnio is the perfect complement to spicy and aged cheeses, charcuterie platters of sausages and cured meats, and meat entrees with fruit or sweet-and-sour sauces.
