San Bartolo Mezcal Artesanal is produced in the San Bartolo Yautepec valley in Oaxaca by maestro mezcalero Valentin Martinez Lopez using 100% maguey Espadin (agave Angustifolia). The family of Valentin Martinez Lopez have been making Mezcal for more than four generations.
Produced in small batches from 700 - 800 per batch at 875 metters sea level in the San Bartolo Yautepec Valley in Oaxaca, this artesenal mezcal is made from 100% Espadin agave. The taste is fresh with mineral and herbal notes, clean smoke and a creamy texture, then finishes long and fruity profile.

This Artisanal Mezcal is fresh with mineral and herbal notes.
Mineral-forward flavors of this Espadin mezcal. It is light on the palate while being full of flavor. Clean smoke with notes of dark fruit. The underlying minerality adds a sweetness that provides a well balance.
Perfectly well balance, creamy and long herbal finish with clean smoke.

0.5 oz | Orange Liqueur |
0.75 oz | Lime Juice |
0.75 oz | Prickly Pear Puree |
0.75 oz | Agave Syrup |
Add | 1 Jalapeno Slice |
1 | Add all ingredients to a shaker. |
2 | Shake over ice for 30 seconds. |
3 | Strain into salt-rimmed rocks glass with fresh ice or a salt-rimmed coupe glass. |
4 | Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel. |
