Sake is a fermented alcoholic beverage made of rice. While some call it rice wine, sake is actually not wine at all.
The process of brewing sake is more similar to that of brewing beer. But unlike beer, which often includes hops, rice is the only grain used in a true sake.
Sake is made by brewing rice, water, yeast, and koji (Japanese rice mold). Historically, sake is enjoyed out of either square, cedar boxes called masu, or small cups called ochoko that are made of porcelain, ceramic, or glass. With Sake High!, you can enjoy our sake from the can or poured into any type of glass.
Sake High! supports artisan breweries, with generations of history and awards, who excel in producing the highest quality sake.
From the beautiful clear waters of Kyoto, Japan to the delicately refined sake rice, we are inspired by the Japanese artisan craft sake breweries who stand by their traditional brewing methods to produce the perfect sake.
Sake High! can be enjoyed with anyone, anytime, anywhere. We hope when you drink Sake High!, you are learning, sharing, and creating unforgettable experiences with the ones around you.
