LiveWire Holy Tyger

Nothing short of an iconoclast, Shannon has defined her career by fully machete-ing  her own path into spaces where she saw no one like her.  She wrote Tiki: Modern Tropical Cocktails, the first cocktail book by a working black bartender in over a century.  She co-founded Women Who Tiki, and inclusive female-led Tiki pop-up in a world that has so long been the haven of mostly white men.  She's recruited the world over for spirits education, bar consulting, and brand partnerships.

Shannon's  Holy Tyger comes out swinging with bourbon, lime, coconut, lemongrass, Rockey's Liqueur, and Bittercube Jamaican No.1 Bitters.  It's like a nutcracker meeting a very, very fancy whiskey sour and like nothing you've ever had.  Unless you've been sneaking around our distillery.
