On the eye, the champagne delights with luminous hues of gold. On the nose, its complexity meet lightly roasted, mineral flavors. The palate is sophisticated and fresh with buttery brioche and apricot aromas. The long finish reveals subtle hazelnut notes. This expression pairs with the most refined dishes such as caviar, scallops and fresh langoustines.
