Hard Truth Sweet Mash Bourbon is handcrafted in Brown County, Indiana from high-quality Indiana grains on a custom continuous column still made by Vendome Copper & Brass Works and aged in barrels specifically produced to complement its unique mash bill.
Each batch begins with entirely fresh ingredients, known as the sweet mash process. Where sour mash reuses a portion of a previous batch, it also mutes some of the flavor. Sweet mashing highlights the complexity and pleasant flavors from the grains, allowing the bourbon to reach the peak flavor as it ages in new, charred American oak barrels.
Mashbill: 73% Corn, 19% Rye, 8% Malted barley
Product Type | Whiskey |
Style | Bourbon |
ABV | 45% |
Country | United States |
Region | Indiana |
Tawny.
Caramel, pecan, clove, fruit, and oak.
Toffee, caramel, cherry, and sweet cream.
Warming coffee, vanilla, and oak that linger on the palate.
