With a firm nod to history, Greenhook Ginsmiths’ Old Tom Gin is crafted from pot distilled corn, juniper, and botanicals inspired by the spice trade of the 1900’s. It’s aged for two years in bourbon casks and finished in Oloroso Sherry Casks. Unlike other Old Tom Gins, very little sugar is added, leading to a complex palate with a drier finish.

What do you do when you love gin a whole lot more than your job? You pour a stiff cocktail and start dreaming big. That’s how in 2010 brothers Steven and Philip DeAngelo came to embark on a mission to bring purity, flavor and creativity to the American Gin market. Two years later a new distillery in the Greenpoint section of Brooklyn, New York, released their flagship American Dry Gin to an enthusiastic audience.
EASY, NO. EXCEPTIONAL, YES. We’ll be the first to admit our distilling process is a bit unorthodox. But when you set out to make the best gin in America, sometimes you have to break a few rules. Our innovative distillation process is part traditional, part modern day, and part mad science.
HOW IT WORKS We produce our gin in a custom-made 300-liter Copper Pot Still specifically engineered to work under a vacuum, which removes air pressure from the still. This unique distillation technique allows us to distill our gin at temperatures dramatically lower than ordinary stills—preventing the delicate aromas of our botanicals from becoming stewed by excessive heat. What we end up with is a lively and aromatic spirit that perfectly balances juniper with equal notes of herbal, floral and citrus. Welcome to the new face of American Gin.

|1 1/2 oz.||Sweet vermouth|
|1/4 oz.||Maraschino liqueur|
|2 dashes||Angostura Bitters|
- Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
