Made using the traditional Méthode Champenoise, our Gran Moraine Brut Rosé is a blend of 57% Chardonnay and 43% Pinot Noir. Fermentation was conducted at cool temperatures, predominantly in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and fruit intensity. A few selected lots are aged in inert French oak barrels for 3 months to add depth, complexity, and spice to the final blend. The single vineyard, estate-grown wine then spent a minimum of 24 months en tirage.

Ratings: “That rare domestic rosé that captures the vibrant acidity of Champagne...” 94 points, Tim Fish, Wine Spectator, December 2020
Aromas of strawberry shortcake, canned pear, white peach, lightly toasted brioche and rose petals.
Flavors of tangerine, kumquat, nectarine with a hint of watermelon lemon meringue pie.
Balanced richness and acidity, vibrant and exceptionally clean all the way through to the finish, phenomenally precise.
