      Cardamom pods, for a spicy, aromatic, yet warm bite. Coriander seed for the lemon accent, and slightly peppery finish. Finally, angelica root, for a dry, earthy quality.

      2 oz. No.3 London Dry Gin
      0.3 oz. Dry Vermouth
      1 Lemon Twist
      Steps
      1 Stir over ice for 30 seconds in a mixing glass.
