The winery Curto Marco is a traditional family-run winery and has been handed down for three generations. Curto Marco, his wife Adele, and their daughter Nadia cultivate the vineyards themselves, taking care of each step of the winemaking – from the nurturing of the plants to the manual harvest and all the way into the cellar.
The family pays a lot of attention to the winemaking with great respect for tradition. The name “La Foia” means “leaf” in the Piedmont dialect.

Practices: Hand-harvested into small baskets. Fermented for 20 days on indigenous yeast. Aged in cask for 2 years and in bottle for 2 years prior to release.
