The Tous Ensemble Pinot Noir stays true to Copain’s philosophy of producing wines that emulate the French style of winemaking (lower alcohol, higher acid wines), vineyards are picked on the early side. This resulted in juice with lower sugar levels. This red wine presents ripe fruit flavors with a silky texture and lingering finish.
