Conniption Navy Strength Gin

Melissa Katrincic, co-founder and CEO of Durham Distillery is the first, and to date only, female distiller from the US to be inducted into The Gin Guild. She is a member of  Les Dames d'Escoffier, is internationally recognized as an expert on gin and is a trained gin tasting judge.

Conniption Navy Strength Gin starts with the vapor-distilled botanical base of deep juniper that is juxtaposed with cardamom, caraway, rosemary, Indian coriander, bay leaf and bright accents of fresh lemon peel. The modern distillation of dried mission figs that are cold distilled under vacuum produces a "vodka" that is then blended into the gin. The result? A gin that is simultaneously smooth and powerful with enhanced aromatics and a luxurious finish. You may not think it's 114 proof, but don't be fooled: A Conniption is Raging.
