Winery Notes
This rosé originates from vineyards nestled between mountains and sea in the exquisite climate of the Mediterranean. The delicate, floral sweetness of honeydew and peaches is pleasantly balanced by flavors of aromatic spices. Pairs nicely with bold and spicy flavors.
Tasting Notes
Peach, melons, fennel, spices.
Vineyard Notes
La Navicelle is a treasure chest for producing wine located in between the sea and mountains, extending over 7km of the Mediterranean coastline. Grape varieties naturally flourish in the wild Provencal setting and unparalleled qualities of the Mediterranean environment. Inspired by the fundamental principles of biodynamic farming, the ecosystem, fauna, and flora are preserved and managed with genuine respect. Red clay soils, in combination with a rocky subsoil of limestone, sandstone, and shale, provide a rich and nutritious foundation for the grape varietals that make up our Rosé. From working the soil to pruning the vines and harvesting the grapes, La Navicelle strives for perfection at all stages of production. The philosophy of high standards extends beyond the vineyard to the cellar, where an ultra-efficient and completely autonomous tool is used to achieve a delicate vinification.
Winemaking Notes
Female winemaker. Certified organic. Biodynamic. Indigenous yeast. Spontaneous fermentation.
