Capensis Western Cape Chardonnay
Its name taken from the Latin word for “from the cape,” Capensis wines are produced in South Africa, one of the oldest winemaking regions in the world. The ancient soils, dramatic landscapes and historic vineyards of Stellenbosch, Overberg and Robertson are the foundation for Capensis, which honors the greatness of South Africa. Winemaker Graham Weerts has carefully selected the finest Chardonnay vineyards within the Western Cape to create these expressive wines.
Penner-Ash Wine Cellars Willamette Valley Pinot Noir
Penner-Ash Wine Cellar’s Willamette Valley Pinot Noir showcases the distinguishing textures, flavor profiles and terroir of the region, with beautiful elegance and balance. Since its inaugural vintage in 1998, founding winemaker Lynn Penner-Ash has drawn upon longstanding relationships with grower neighbors and friends, to source fruit from the Willamette Valley’s most distinguished vineyards. Today, Winemaker Kate Ayres and Lynn have created a wine that uniquely explores six sub-Avas, culminating in a Pinot Noir emblematic of the Valley, and of the Penner-Ash winemaking style – a textural experience from start to finish.

Cheese Selections:
Toma
In Italian, Toma means “wheel of cheese made by the farmer herself.” Aged 90 days. Semi-hard cheese, soft in texture with a waxed rind. Creamy, buttery flavor with a grassy, tangy finish.
Quinta
Soft-ripened, bloomy rind cheese, topped with Bay Laurel leaves and wrapped in Spruce bark. Quinta can be enjoyed for 30 – 75 days. Younger wheels are cream-forward with notes of buttermilk and white mushroom. Mature wheels are softer in texture with woodsy-mustard umami and an herbaceousness from the Bay leaves.
TomaTruffle
Semi-hard cheese, creamy in texture with a waxed rind. The distinct, aromatic flavor of Italian Black Trues from Umbria. Earthy flavors, dried fruit and a hint of cocoa married with the buttery richness of Toma.
Gouda
Aged 16 months. Creamy in texture but slightly crystalized, delivering pops of complex flavor. Deep flavors of toasted hazelnuts, caramel, butterscotch and cooked cream.
Includes: One (750ml) bottle of Capensis Chardonnay, one (750ml) bottle of Penner-Ash Pinot Noir Willamette Valley, and (4) Cheeses - Toma, Quinta, TomaTruffle, Gouda.
