“I wanted to make the gin I always wished existed — and now here it is!” — Paul Feig (Bridesmaids, Freaks & Geeks)
Origins
Paul began his quest years ago to find the perfect gin, trying martinis in bars the world over. Unable to find exactly what he was looking for, he teamed up with Minhas Craft Brewery and Distillery to formulate his ultimate spirit. The result is a tailor-made, perfectly-balanced blend of eleven botanicals including orris root, cassia, elderberries and citrus, with a measured amount of juniper — all packaged inside a beautiful cut glass decanter designed by Paul himself.

Paul Feig Presents The Artingstall's Perfectly Brilliant Martini
Featured Cocktail Recipe
The Artingstall's Perfectly Brilliant Martini
Ingredients
3½ oz. | Artingstall’s Brilliant London Dry Gin |
1 splash | Dry Vermouth |
1 | Lemon Twist, garnish |

Recipe
- Fill a 4 oz. martini glass with ice to chill, fill cocktail mixing glass or shaker with ice, and add one small splash of dry vermouth to the shaker.
- Add 3 1/2 oz. of Artingstall’s Brilliant London Dry Gin to the mixing glass or shaker.
- Using a long cocktail stirrer, stir the gin in the mixing glass or shaker vigorously for several minutes to get the gin as cold as possible. (Do not shake the gin with the ice.)
- Empty the ice out of the martini glass and strain the gin into the glass.
- Cut a good-sized lemon twist and squeeze the outer skin side over the martini to release the lemon’s oil onto the surface of the martini. Rub the outer skin of the twist around the edge of the martini glass to flavor it and then drop the twist into the martini.
