5 parts Earl Grey Tea
1 part Sweet Cream Float
1 Grated Nutmeg (Garnish)

Recipe

  1. Build in small pan.
  2. Warm gently until a light steam forms.
  3. Add Monkey 47.
  4. Heat for 30 seconds more.
  5. Pour in mug.
  6. Using a spoon float lightly whipped cream on top.
  7. Finish with freshly grated nutmeg.
