Perfect for both individual mixing or batching, Sagamore Spirit Rye Whiskey teams up with iced tea and peach to create a smooth and refreshing warm weather cocktail.

Strong tea and a subtly sweet, peach-infused simple syrup are a must here, so look for (or make your own!) high-quality ingredients. Mix this one up – and we think you’ll soon discover it’s hard to have just one.

To Make Peach Simple Syrup:

Cut 4 medium peaches into wedges and remove the core. Add to a sauce pan with 1/4 cup lemon juice and 1 cup boiling water. Add 3 cups of sugar on top. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer, cover and cook for 30-minutes. Do not stir as this will break up the peaches. Remove from heat and strain. Yields approximately 4 cups. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
