The Gold Rush is a modern classic that came from the Milk & Honey bar family in the early 2000's. Typically it calls for 2oz of bourbon but in this case the higher proof allows for the Cocktail to work with 1.5oz.

Recipe

  1. Add all ingredient into shaker.
  2. Shake until well combined.
  3. Pour into Rocks Glass on the rocks. Garnish as desired.
  4. HOW TO MAKE HONEY SYRUP To make your own Honey Syrup, follow these easy instructions: - Heat: Heat 1 Part of Water in a medium saucepan until hot, but do not bring it to a boil. - Stir: Stir 2 Parts of Honey into the water frequently until it has fully dissolved and created a syrup-like consistency. - Cool: Cool the honey simple syrup to room temperature, then filter into a glass jar or bottle before storing. Simple syrup can be stored for up to 2-3 weeks in a refrigerator.
