¼ oz. Sweet Vermouth
½ oz. Campari Infused with Coco Nibs
2 dashes Mole Bitters
1 dash Angostura Bitters

  1. Stir all ingredients over ice until chilled.
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass with cubed ice.
  3. Garnish with a bruléed banana.

To make the Campari Infused Coco Nibs: Infuse 750 ml. Campari with 280 ml. coco nibs for 18 hours.
