  1. Pour the bitters, sugar, and water into a mixing glass half filled with cracked ice.
  2. Stir well until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Strain over cracked ice in an old fashioned glass.
  4. Add Angel’s Envy and stir well.
  5. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
