1 | Halve kumquats and muddle in a shaker tin. Add in Sake, bitter bianco and pineapple liquer. |
2 | Fill with ice and shake vigerously for about 15 seconds. Double strain into a white wine glass. |
3 | Add in ice and club soda. |
4 | Garnish with sliced kumquats and pineapple frond. |
