      Beyond the Label

      Distilled in our unique Faraday still in the mountains of South Wales, the dark tones of our Port finished whisky reveal the darker notes of this full-bodied whisky. Rich dried fruit and dark chocolate lead to a honey sweetness and light spices. Bottled at 46% abv and Non Chill Filtered to give the best texture and mouthfeel.

      Serve neat or with a small drop of water in a tasting, tulip or Glencairn glass. Penderyn's Gold Range are some of our finest whiskies, distilled drop by drop and aged to perfection. The aroma and quality of the whiskies will reveal themselves best to be patient.

      Ingredients
      2 dashes. Angostura Bitters
      1 Squeeze of Fresh Lime
      2 oz. Ginger Ale
      Steps
      1 Take a clean highball glass, fill with ice, squeeze the lime and drop inside.
      2 Add bitters and Penderyn, a splash of ginger ale, and top with cloudy apple juice.
