A margarita tempting my healthy side? YES PLEASE! And it tastes absolutely amazing, which is an added bonus. This will now be the only margarita mix we use as I continue on my health journey. I don't drink often, but it is nice to have a healthier option when I want to enjoy one.

Good substitute for fewer calories

I made margaritas on the rocks with Fever Tree Light margarita mix using top-shelf tequila. Although the flavor was not quite as robust as a traditional margarita, it was good and well worth saving calories, as this mix has only about 50 calories per drink, without artificial sweeteners, and therefore, no strange aftertaste. It was fairly salty, so I did not use additional salt. While this mix did not perfectly mimic the flavor of a traditionally sweetened margarita, it was enjoyable and satisfying, and I would recommend it to those who are looking to reduce calories.
