A longtime 'Go-To' for me; Evan Williams White Label. Whenever I desire a true and relaxing 'stay-at-home' 100 Proof-enjoyable whiskey, this is the one that I will choose, every single time. You can add some sweetness, if you must, it will weather just about whatever storm of fruit or soda you may add to it. Or, like I do, you can play it as it lies – neat or on the rocks – period. The added proof, as far as I can taste, adds a welcome touch of pepper with a slightly warmer finish, and, to me, that's a very nice addition.
