Production Method | Using pristine limestone-rich well water, our bourbon production begins with optimal mash preparation, followed by fermentation with a proprietary yeast strain. Distillation occurs in continuous copper stills, creating a refined white dog spirit. Aged in North Carolina's ideal climate, small-batch barrel blending two unique mash bills ensures complex, unparalleled flavors in every bottle. |

Velvety and well-rounded, featuring flavors of campfire marshmallow, seasoned oak firewood, and a touch of vanilla glaze. The mid-palate offers a delightful interplay of roasted nuts and subtle smokiness.
