The Beverly High Rye is an exceptional, award-winning American Whiskey that is stretching the conventions of your typical favorites, which has quickly become a favorite among bartenders the world over. Featuring a blend of fifty percent straight rye and fifty percent straight bourbon, every pour is a delectable pairing of bright spices of cinnamon and brown sugar with a rich mouthfeel and a smooth, velvety finish full of caramel and coffee.
With over a decade in the whiskey industry, entrepreneur Andrew Borenzweig had a vision for redefining an exceptional sipping experience for the modern connoisseur rooted in the ethos of effortless luxury. The result is a hearty spirit that will delight any palate neat or on the rocks, with the versatility to inspire bartenders who are constantly looking to expand their customers’ palates.
A Well-Traveled Spirit

The Beverly began in bars and restaurants. The initial focus was to collaborate with the creative spirits of mixologists around the world – to see their response to the spirit and explore what they could do with the flavors it offered to their most interesting creations.
Before arriving on retail shelves, Beverly High Rye earned its place in the hands of world-class bartenders at some of the most renowned destinations across the country. Nobu and the Waldorf Astoria were among the first, where the whiskey’s harmony of rye-forward baking spices and bourbon richness quickly captured attention. At Nobu Los Angeles, this spirit of creativity led to Smoke Over Beverly — the very first signature cocktail to debut after the brand’s initial release. This house original blends Beverly High Rye with kuromitsu, Aztec Chocolate Bitters, a dehydrated orange wheel, and a dramatic Maplewood smoke, transforming it into a standout experience.
That sense of discovery soon carried overseas. In Japan — home to some of the most meticulous and refined cocktail programs — Beverly High Rye is embraced at extraordinary destinations including Virtù at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi (No. 45), Aman Tokyo (No. 25), Gucci Giardino Osaka, and Grace Note Kyoto. At Grace Note, Owner-Bartender Hajime Yamasaki was among the very first in Japan to champion Beverly High Rye. This inspired the Obento Sazerac, one of his signature creations — an American classic reimagined through a distinctly Japanese lens and influenced by the presentation of a traditional bento box. The cocktail brings together Beverly High Rye with sushi nori and sesame syrup, absinthe, Peychaud’s Bitters, and sea-salt water, finished with lemon peel, salmon jerky, and a delicate touch of nori. The result is a transportive expression combining American whiskey with Japanese imagination and precision.
Today, Beverly High Rye appears on signature menus at celebrated hotels and resorts from the Fairmont San Francisco, where The Fair Fashioned offers a modern take on a timeless classic, to Ocean House Rhode Island, where The Campfire brings a deconstructed s’more-like warmth to the coast. Wherever it travels, Beverly High Rye continues to inspire creativity — shaping memorable moments one cocktail at a time.
