If you’re craving something different from the usual margarita, this PaLOCA Rosa is for you! Still made with those classic margarita flavors you love, this slightly sweet and tart drink is perfect for a hot day.
Loco Tequila PaLOCA Rosa

Ingredients
- 2 oz. Loco Tequila Blanco
- 1 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- ½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- ¾ oz. Agave Syrup
- 2 dashes Grapefruit Bitters
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 Lime
- 1 Topo Chico or Sparkling Water
Tools of the Trade
- Jigger
- Shaker
- Strainer
- Citrus Peeler
- Highball Glass
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- Rim a highball glass with salt, half way around, by rubbing a cut lime half way around the lip and dipping in kosher salt.
- Invert glass and give a hard tap to dislodge excess salt.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Add ice to the shaker, shake vigorously and strain into the iced glass.
- Top with Topo Chico or sparkling water.
- Garnish with grapefruit peel.
