Instructions
- Peel and cube 1 beet and 1 ginger.
- Place in ISI canister and fill with tequila.
- Shake to combine before double charging.
- Hold over mixing glass and release air slowly while pouring to let out the bubbles, set beet tequila aside.
- In a shaker tin add all ingredients, fill with ice and shake 20 sec.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with chili citrus dusted ginger candy on a pick.
