Instructions
- Mix citric acid and orange juice together to bring the acidity of the orange juice close to that of lemon juice.
- Combine Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Citric Acid Adjusted OJ, and Simple Syrup over ice in a shaker tin and shake for approximately 5 seconds.
- Strain into a champagne flute or a wine glass and top with 2 to 3 oz. of sparkling wine.
- Express an Orange Peel over top and garnish with it.
