Cincoro Tequila Blanco
Cincoro Blanco is unaged, and is made with 100% Weber blue agave from both the highlands and lowlands of Jalisco, Mexico. By combining agave from two distinct appellations, our Blanco tequila is smooth on the palate, with great complexity and finish. Reflective of the terroir, fresh and cooked agave permeate, with light vanilla and citrus undertones, derived from a meticulous small-batch production process.
Cincoro tequilas are characterized by their smoothness, richness, and deliciousness. Words rarely used to describe tequila. Cincoro Blanco is incredibly versatile, it can be best enjoyed neat in proper stemware, or mixed in a classic cocktail. When enjoying neat, the layers of aroma and flavor evolve in the glass, reflecting the unique attributes of our highland and lowland agave. Even the shape of the bottle was inspired by the Weber Blue Agave leave. Perfect for any special occasion, especially sipping and savoring with family and friends.
Cincoro Tequila Reposado
Cincoro Reposado is aged at our distillery 8–10 months in our underground cellar, allowing more interaction between the tequila and wood. Cooked agave, with hints of vanilla on the nose, are complimented by spices and dried fruits. On the palate, cooked agave, light vanilla and baking spices complement toasted oak in perfect proportion.
Cincoro aged expressions are characterized by their smoothness, richness, and deliciousness. Words rarely used to describe tequila. Cincoro Reposado begins as Cincoro Blanco, aging in used American Whiskey barrels for 8–10 months. Our aging and blending process creates the rich and complex Cincoro taste profile, balancing the uniqueness of our agave profile, with time aging in specially selected barrels.
Cincoro Tequila Añejo
Cincoro Añejo is aged at our distillery 24–28 months in our underground cellar, further enhancing the interaction between the barrel and tequila. Intense amber in color with copper overtones, wood and dried fruits on the nose elegantly resonate throughout. Notes of orange, fig and date, with hints of caramel and butterscotch, are distinguished on the palate. Unforgettable mouth feel and smooth, luxurious finish lay the foundation for both classic cocktails or sipping neat.
Cincoro aged expressions are characterized by their smoothness, richness, and deliciousness. Words rarely used to describe tequila. Cincoro Añejo begins as Cincoro Blanco, aging in used American whiskey barrels for 24–28 months. The aging and blending process is more robust for Añejo, as the master blender must distinguish more subtle notes from barrels over 3 years old, with a wide range of complexity from each barrel. Our aging and blending process creates the rich and complex Cincoro taste profile, balancing the uniqueness of our agave profile, with time aging in specially selected barrels. Cincoro Añejo has layers of complexity, similar to fine bourbon or single malt scotch.
