      2 oz. Zaya Alta Fuerza
      1 oz. Apple Jack Brandy
      2-3 dashes Angostura
      Garnish: Lemon Peel Expressed
      Add Ice
      Recipe
      01 Combine all ingredients into a stirring glass, add ice and stir.
      02 Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice rock.
      03 Express lemon peel over the drink.
      04 Serve garnished with a lemon peel.
