| 1 oz | Van Gogh Vodka (#GoghGirl 2022 bottle, of course!) |
| 1 oz | Coconut Milk |
| 1/2 Tsp | Matcha Powder (sifted to remove clumps) |
| 1/2 oz | Honey Syrup or Simple Syrup |
| 1/4 oz | Lemon Juice |
| 1 oz (or to taste) | Yuzu Soda (optional) |
Steps
| 1 | Add all ingredients (except soda and nutmeg) to a shaker and dry shake without ice for ten seconds. |
| 2 | Add ice and shake for another ten seconds. Double strain into a coupe glass and top off with yuzu soda to taste. |
| 3 | Garnish with grated nutmeg. |
| 4 | Note: honey syrup is a 3:1 ratio of honey and water, warmed in a pot on low heat until incorporated. |
