Ingredients
| 2 oz | Two Shores Gin |
| 0.5 oz | Campari |
| 0.5 oz | Amaro |
| 1 oz | Orange Juice |
| 1 | Egg White or Egg Substitute |
| Garnish | Lemon Wheel |
Steps
| 1 | Measure out and pour Two Shores gin, Campari, Amaro, orange juice and egg white into a mixing shaker tin. |
| 2 | Add ice, cap mixer and shake well. Strain cocktail over fresh ice in old fashion glass. |
| 3 | Garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel. |
