      1 oz. Aperol
      1 oz. Pineapple Juice
      1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
      Top with Mezcal Don Ramón Spritz
      Garnish Dehydrated Orange
      Steps
      1 Combine all ingredients except mezcal and garnish in a shaking tin with ice.
      2 Shake, strain, pour cocktail into the coupe.
      3 Spritz with mezcal.
