The taste is smoky and briny yet sweet with fruit, balanced with pepper, notes of fig, date, and sea salt, followed by peat smoke and cocoa nib finish. Centuries of local distilling tradition and the rugged environment are what make our whisky so unique. Best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
