Entirely grown in Dominio Estate located in Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, at elevetions over 3,000 ft., Brioso means “a spirited love of challenge” and expresses Susana Balbo's passionate drive to create a wine that reaches the pinnacle of quality.
A robust red, with richly spiced flavors of dark plum, blackberry and boysenberry, lathered with notes of chocolate mousse. The suave finish lingers with licorice and pepper hints.

Practices: Hand-harvested Destemmed, lightly crushed. Pumping over and delestage 3 times a day. Max. Temp. 31°C. Extended maceration 35 days. 15 months in French oak barrels (100% new).

Aromas of dark berries, spices and notes of tomato leaves, contributed mainly by the two Cabernets (Sauvignon and Franc).
The fruity aromas continue in the mouth, followed by excellent tension due to its natural acidity.
The other varieties provide texture and roundness to the blend. It has an elegant and lingering finish.
This wine has great aging potential and can be stored for up to 20 years.
