Stonestreet Estate Vineyards stand on the western ridge of the Mayacamas Mountains towering over the Alexander Valley below. High elevations, volcanically derived soils and cooling maritime breezes provide a unique location to pursue the challenge of mountain winegrowing. Of the 5,100 acres that make up the Estate, only 900 are planted to grapes in 235 individual vineyard blocks. The remaining land retains its natural biodiversity and abounds with streambeds and ancient oaks, providing a habitat for cougars, owls, and black bears.
Vintage: 2019
Varietal Type: Sauvignon Blanc
Appellation: Sonoma County
Sub Appellation: Alexander Valley
Product Type | White Wine |
Varietal | Sauvignon Blanc |
ABV | 14.1% |
Country | United States |
Region | California |
Aromatics lead with orange and lemon blossom, honeydew and mineral notes of crushed rock on the nose.
Lemon sorbet, white nectarine, white grapefruit and a hint of salinity.
Tropical fruit flavors and a hint of honey complement a bright citrus acidity on a mouthwatering finish.
