If you're familiar with Greek mythology, you might be aware that Perseus was the one that slayed Medusa, and true to its name, at 115.18-proof, this selection also slays. The nose is a beautiful blend of maple and oak, with a touch of candied pecans. On the palate, you'll discover a blend of dark chocolate, graham crackers, a hint of grass, and mint. And the finish rounds out the experience with oak, dark fruits, and caramel with a peppery warmth that leaves your mouth watering while waiting for another sip.
