      Ingredients
      1 oz Smoke Lab Classic Vodka
      1/2 oz Lemon Juice
      1/4 oz Simple Syrup
      Top with Brut Champagne
      Garnish Lemon Twist
      Steps
      1 Combine Smoke Lab Classic Vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice.
      2 Shake vigorously until outside of the shaker is very cold.
      3 Strain the cocktail into a champagne flute and top with Brut Champagne.
      4 Garnish with a jaunty lemon twist.
