Tasting Notes
Color
Deep in color, almost opaque.
Aroma
An excellent complexity of spicy notes combined with curry, pepper, ginger, red berries and black fruits. There is a light cacao touch with a slightly stony finish, the results of good maturation.
Taste
On the palate, the wine has a lively acidity, firm and well present tannins.
Finish
An extremely long finish and great concentration.
Its elegant and complex profile ideally matches chocolate-rich desserts, red berry tarts and strong cheeses.
