A beautiful dark, amber color with flavor notes of cooked agave, dried fruit, and honey.
Long, round finish with notes of cacao.

1/8 - 1/4 oz | Agave Nectar |
3 Dashes | Bitters |
Garnish | Orange Peel |
1 | Place a large ice cube in a rocks glass. |
2 | Pour the anejo, agave and dashes of bitters into the glass. |
3 | Using a bar spoon, stir the cocktail to mix the agave in, about 30 seconds. |
4 | Twist the orange peel over the cocktail and then drop it in. Stir in two or three more times around the glass. |
