This rum is made by blending carefully chosen Caribbean barrel aged rums, many of which have been aged in oak barrels for up to 15 years for a smooth, rich flavor. The aged rum is 80 proof and offers a burst of aromas that include caramel, honey, molasses and orange peel with a palate that is delicate and smooth, almost sweet, with hints of fresh spices.
